(ASML) ASML Holdings NV posted net sales of 5.2 billion euros in the third quarter of 2021, up from 4.020 billion euros in the second quarter.
The gross margin in the third quarter was 51.7%, up from 50.9% in the second quarter.
The third-quarter net income came at 1.740 billion euros or basic EPS of 4.27 euros, up from 1.038 billion euros or EPS of 2.52 euros in the second quarter.
The company’s net bookings in the third quarter came at 6.2 billion euros, a fall from 8.271 billion euros.
ASML now projects net sales of between 4.9 billion euros and 5.2 billion euros in the fourth quarter. The gross margin is expected in the range of 51% and 52%.
CEO Peter Wennink is optimistic that ASML is on track to hit a full-year growth of 35% based on current and expected future growth trends.
