S&P 500 Index to Include EPAM Systems. KSU Drops Out

(NASDAQ) EPAM Systems Inc. is set to join the S&P 500 index on Tuesday, December 14, to fill a void left by departing Kansas City Southern. 

The exit of KSU happens following an acquisition by the Canadian Pacific Railway Limited, with the transaction set to be completed by or before December 14.

KSU will also be replaced by Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. on the Dow Jones Transportation Average on the same date.

EPAM: NYSE is up +13.94%, ODFL: NASDAQ is down -0.80%, KSU: NYSE is down -0.65%.
