Palantir Technologies has been awarded a $111 million contract to provide a command platform for U.S special operations, according to the company’s press release. The one year contract includes an optional year, with $52.5 million paid upon award.
Palantir will continue working as the Special Operations Command enterprise data management and AI-powered mission command platform under the contract.
Palantir’s technology offers the forces a global scale situational awareness by integrating AI and other software to enhance response to threats in battlegrounds.
