(NIO) NIO Inc. delivered 9,652 vehicles in January 2022, up 33.6% from the prior year’s comparable month.
The deliveries for January consisted of 1,531 flagship premium smart electric SUV or ES8s, 5,247 five-seater premium smart electric SUV or ES6s, and 2,874 premium smart electric coupe SUV or EC6s.
The company’s cumulative deliveries hit 176,722 as of January 31, 2022.
NIO announced that it released Norway developed Aspen 3.0.5 NO to its users in the local market, its first firmware over-the-air update made outside of China.
The electric car maker also announced an acceleration of its power, sales, and service network in its quest to exceed user expectations.
