Japanese Semiconductor Equipment Industry recorded billings of 282,054 million Yen last month, according to SEAJ press release.
The billings, based on three-month average, is up 17.2% from March 2021.
The April billings were 35.5% higher than the comparable month of 2020 when the level was 208,126 million Yen.
