Bitcoin traded above $65,000 for the first time on Wednesday, above the $64,900 April 2021 peak.
The record Bitcoin price comes a day after ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF debuted on the New York Stock Exchange.
Following the launch of the anticipated futures ETF, analysts now project that Bitcoin will go to even higher levels in the coming months, only correcting briefly to new support zones.
Some analysts put Bitcoin price estimate as high as $300,000 in the short-term, with predictions of a fall in altcoins. Altcoins are projected to experience a turnaround in fortune during the first half of 2022.
