Valkyrie Files for Bitcoin Miners ETF With the SEC

(SEC Filing) Valkyrie Bitcoin Miners ETF will be a new product on Nasdaq following a new filing by the crypto asset manager with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Valkyrie Bitcoin Miners ETF will target firms that obtain at least 50% of their profit from Bitcoin mining. The ETF will allocate not less than 80% of its assets in the qualifying securities.

The filing by Valkyrie happened after the SEC failed to approve a spot Bitcoin ETF, giving the investors an alternative to seek products that give exposure to Bitcoin in other ways, including the futures markets.

The latest move follows SEC’s approval of Valkyrie’s Bitcoin futures ETF, which became the third product in the market in October.

BTCUSD is up +2.25%.
