US Wholesale Inventory Sales Climb 2.2% in October

(Census Bureau) Sales of wholesale inventories in the US were $620.5 billion in October, a jump of 2.2% from September. 

The wholesale sales were up 22.2% from the October 2020 level.

The wholesale sales were up 22.2% from the October 2020 level.

The rise in wholesale sales saw inventories rise by a monthly 2.3% to $759.4 billion in October. The inventories were 14.4% higher than the prior year.

The inventories to sales ratio eased from October 2020 level of 1.31 to 1.22 this year.
