US Home Prices Surge 18.6% Annual Rate in June as All 20 Cities Post Gains

(S&P Global) US National Home Price NSA Index that covers all nine census divisions surged at an annual rate of 18.6% in June, a further increase from a gain of 16.8% in May.

The 10-City Composite home prices rose at an annual rate of 18.5% in June, an uptick from an increase of 16.8% in May.

The 20-City Composite registered a 19.1% year-over-year increase in house prices, up from an increase of 17.1% in May.

Phoenix, San Diego, and Seattle had the highest annual increase in house prices among the 20 cities in June, at 29.3%, 27.1%, and 25.0%, respectively.

All 20 cities posted an annual increase in house prices in June from May.
