Tesla Delivers Nearly 185,000 Vehicles in the First Quarter

Tesla produced just over 180,000 vehicles in the first quarter, according to the company’s press release. The electric car maker delivered almost 185,000 in the quarter, thanks to the strong reception of Model Y in China. 

Following the strong reception of Model Y in China, Tesla is quickly progressing to the full production capacity.

Tesla also reported that its new Model S and Model X had been exceptionally well received, and the company is in the early stages of ramping production.

Tesla’s vehicle deliveries are slightly conservative, and the company projects final numbers could vary by up to 0.5% or more.
