(Reuters) Online forum Reddit is seeking advisers ahead of its anticipated public listing in New York early next year at a $15 billion valuation.
The timeline of Reddit’s IPO is not yet disclosed and is expected to depend on market conditions.
At the $15 billion valuation, Reddit will list at a higher market cap, compared to the $10 billion valuation it received in a private funding round last month.
Reddit, an online platform, surged this year on a retail trading frenzy and reached about 430 million active users in July this year, up from about 52 million users in October 2020.
