Peloton Stock Jumps as Preliminary Q2 2022 Revenue of $1.14B Meet Expectations

(Peloton) Peloton Interactive Inc. shares rose 5% on Friday after its preliminary second quarter of 2022 revenue hit $1.14 billion, within the guidance of $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion. 

The company reported a preliminary net loss in the quarter of $423 million in the upper case and a loss of $481 million in the lower case.

The company posted a preliminary adjusted EBITDA margin of -23% on the upper case and -24% on the lower case.

Peloton said its connected fitness subscriptions were 2.77 million in Q2 2022, below its previous guidance of between 2.8 million and 2.85 million. The average connected fitness churn was reported to be at an average of 0.79%.
