(CryptoPotato) Crypto.com entered the bullish crypto market on Friday, recording over 16% gains in 24 hours, a day after purchasing an advertisement space for the Super Bowl 2022 event.
Crypto.com reportedly acquired 30 seconds of publicity in the popular sports events, paying $6.5 million in what is believed to be the last publicity stunt for the year.
The purchase of the advertisement space allows Crypto.com to appear on US TV screens when the American football competition kicks in February 2022.
The advertising during the Super Bowl is significant for Crypto.com, with the event attracting 96.4 million views in 2021 despite being the lowest level in 14 years.
The latest development adds to another ambitious move by Crypto.com, which paid $700 million to have the Staples Center Stadium named the Crypto.Com Arena.
CROUSD is currently up +8.83%.
