(Coupang) Coupang Inc. registered total revenues of $4.6 billion in the third quarter of 2021, a jump of 48% from the prior year.
The company’s advertising revenue almost tripled from the prior year.
Active customers increased by more than 28% to almost 17 million, with net revenues per active customer up from $224 in the prior year to $276 in the third quarter.
Gross profit was reported at $754.5 million, up 62% year over year.
The company’s net loss widened to $323.98 million, representing an increase of 87% from the prior year.
