(Broadcom) Broadcom Inc. posted revenue of $6,778 million in the third quarter of 2021, up 16% year over year.
The third-quarter net income rose to $1.876 billion, up from $688 million in the comparable quarter of 2020.
Diluted earnings per share was $4.20 in the third quarter, up from $1.46 EPS in the comparable period of 2020.
The company paid a quarterly common stock dividend of $3.60 per share.
Broadcom now projects fourth-quarter revenue of $7.35 billion, an increase of 14% from the prior year. Q4 EBITDA is expected to be 61% of projected revenue.
