JPMorgan strategists have warned that if bitcoin cannot surpass the $60,000-mark, momentum will wane, according to Bloomberg. The strategists also say the flows into the digital currency is currently weak.
JPMorgan cites Middle of last February, January and towards the end of November when bitcoin futures markets had similar steep liquidations
The investment bank sees similar liquidations at the current bitcoin price.
Bitcoin climbed to a high above $64,000, the time Coinbase Global Inc. was listed, but has now retreated to below $60,000
