(Binance) Crypto exchange Binance said on Tuesday that it has temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals for Polygon Network.
Binance attributed the temporary suspension of withdrawals and deposits to a network issue that began on March 11.
The crypto exchange says it is working with Polygon to address the situation before reopening the deposits and withdrawals.
A Polygon developer said that the bug issue had already been fixed. The developer said that Binance was only upgrading its nodes and synching data, which caused a temporary suspension.
The polygon network was upgraded on one of its three layers on Friday. The network did not reach a consensus post the upgrade due to a suspected bug causing the downtime.
