(Baidu) Baidu has set December 27 as the date for the release of its meta-universe product “Hirang,” with the app also hosting the Baidu AI Developer Conference.
Baidu says the developer conference, dubbed Baidu Create 2021, will host 100,000 people interacting simultaneously on the same screen.
The first domestic metaverse conference will create permanent interactive space cutting through virtual and reality.
Baidu says real-time, and quality immersive Metaverse experience needs high computing power, cutting edge research and development, and algorithm support making technical strength crucial in future competition in the booming technology.
