A 99.5%-win rate is assured with this system based on the backtesting results. You can buy this FX EA for $195. A rental package costing $30 is also available. The developer also offers a free demo account, which has been downloaded 572 times. Unfortunately, there are no details related to the features available with the package.

Absolute FX trading strategy

As per the info that the developer provides, this FX robot uses price action for making accurate entries and exits. The scalping strategy of the ATS uses the reversal pattern and is termed a ‘no-loss’ method. A high return is assured with the trades being based on the trend, Bollinger Bands, and the trend. The author does not provide further explanation of the approach. We find the explanation is a bit vague as it does not provide a deeper insight into the system and its efficacy.

For a deposit of $1000, the account that started in February 2021, has completed 96 trades. We find the trading frequency is very low for a scalping system. A drawdown of 10.65% is present which shows the approach is not a risky one. Profitability of 100% is present which is as claimed by the developer. Looking at the trading history, we find the lot sizes used include 0.05 and 0.06. The big lot sizes show the risks involved are high.

Absolute FX review summary

  • Strategy – 5/10
  • Functionality & Features – 4/10
  • Trading Results – 4/10
  • Reliability – 4/10
  • Pricing – 5/10

Absolute FX is a scalping system that uses a combination of methods including trend and Bollinger bands to identify and place successful orders. The developer provides backtesting results to prove the efficacy of the approach. Live trading results verified by the myfxbook site show that the drawdown is low. However, the big lot size and low profits make the performance an average one. The lack of a money-back guarantee and the absence of user reviews are the downsides of this FX EA.
