Joe Biden entered the October phase of the election campaign with almost three times cash burning “edge” over Trump, according to Bloomberg. Biden is splurging on advertising, trying to take advantage over Trump in the final campaign weeks. The latest filings with the Federal Election Commission shows Biden had $177.3 million in the bank at the end of last month. Trump has cut expenses by pulling back planned advertising buys since late August.
